I am very satisfied with the service attitude and waiting time at Sicily By Car rental company. Their staff were friendly, professional, and efficient in handling the rental procedures. The waiting time was also relatively short, making the entire car pickup process very smooth.
As for the booking experience and customer service on the Zuzuche website/APP, I am also satisfied. The website/APP interface is user-friendly, with a clear and understandable booking process that is convenient and quick. The customer service is responsive and helpful, promptly addressing any questions or concerns I had, which left me with a positive impression.
As for our overall driving and rental experience, it was exceptional. The rental car was in excellent condition, and driving was a pleasure. Navigating through Italian cities and countryside was a joy, offering us the freedom to explore at our own pace. 算是當(dāng)?shù)乇容^大的公司，提車和還車都比較快，收了650的預(yù)售權(quán)，應(yīng)該還沒有解除；整體感覺不錯(cuò)。意大利非常適合自駕，除了停車貴，建議老司機(jī)車行基本險(xiǎn)就足以，不用上全險(xiǎn)，當(dāng)?shù)厝碎_車停車都很規(guī)矩。
千萬注意這個(gè)停車場是個(gè)雷區(qū)，提車后出租車公司的停車區(qū)會(huì)拿到一張停車卡，然后出停車樓時(shí)候插入讀卡機(jī)應(yīng)該就自動(dòng)抬桿放行了，但我用的時(shí)候沒反應(yīng)，呼叫人工給抬桿了，結(jié)果一直視同場內(nèi)再計(jì)費(fèi)，晚上到了那不勒斯才發(fā)現(xiàn)，結(jié)果交了33歐的停車費(fèi)。碰到這種情況出場后馬上靠邊停車，用小票上給的easy parking這個(gè)軟件趕緊掃碼付費(fèi)
基本都是自己搞的，沒感覺客服有什么存在感
