I read some dreadful yelp reviews beforehand saying the wait and the service are horrible and I was a bit concerned. Thankfully, it was not the case when we got there. The wait was not bad (might be a seasonal thing... we were in Oahu 6/13-6/17) and the representative was very polite. We got in line around 2:45pm and finished all the paperwork and got the key around 3:05pm (some reviews say they had to wait in line for >1hr). Car pickup is just upstairs of the same parking complex and it did not take us long to find our rental car. The time spent from waiting in line to driving off the airport with the rental car was less than 1 hour.
This is my first time booking a rental car with zhuzhuche and it was a positive experience. I would definitely use their service again in the future!
