很滿意，熱情便利快捷。不過需要在候機樓先辦理文件手續(xù)，再到停車場取車手續(xù)，有點麻煩。

It was a very good car rental experience. I placed two separate orders this time, and for the first one, I received a free upgrade to an SUV. The staff was friendly, and the car was very new. As the tourism situation in Turkey was better than expected, I extended my trip. After the original booking ended, I contacted the rental office to extend the rental, and they offered us a very good price. The front desk and the manager were very patient and had a great attitude. There were no upselling attempts throughout the process. The return procedure was quick and hassle-free. The deposit will take some time to be refunded, and I am currently waiting for it. Leaving this review first, and I will definitely choose them again when I return to Turkey.

對于租車過程很滿意。實際取到的是卡羅拉，省油，操控靈活。關(guān)鍵是還很新，才跑了四千來公里。車行工作人員態(tài)度非常好。而且沒有一句多余的推銷。每刷一筆信用卡，都會拿著小票再給我們解釋一遍這個是什么費用。而且在我才回國一周的時候就把信用卡預(yù)刷的押金退回了。
